Special Programs

Tumbletots:  Weekly gross motor enrichment for children 18 months through five years. A positive outlet for energy. Incorporates music, dancing, stretching and acrobatics.  Enhances coordination, flexibility, strength and balance.

MusiCare:One time weekly special music class for 1-5 year olds using rhythm instruments, singing and fingerplays to teach new concepts and foster music appreciation.

Special Events  

All special events are for the center and therapy families of Carolina Child Development Center unless noted otherwise. Families may choose to participate in our Parents Steering Committee, a volunteer group of parents who meet monthly to plan and conduct special activities for the children and families of CCDC. Samples of events that have been sponsored by the Parent Steering Committee include family cookouts, ice cream days, family night out for local sporting events, and a date night raffle.
